Topp Way NCP was one of two NCP MSCPs awarded to KILLELEA Structural Steelwork by McLaren Construction to be installed concurrently.

Our design and build department economically designed the main frame, secondary steelwork and connections to significantly reduce both the overall weight and labour costs to deliver McLaren a premium steelwork solution without the premium price tag.

Topp Way NCP contains 640 Tonnes of KILLELEA Structural Steelwork and has provided an additional 842 car parking spaces to Bolton town centre; 48 of which are designated as disabled.

Dean Road NCP is situated to the rear of the newly developed Bolton college campus and will aid with parking by adding an additional 863 spaces to the town; 48 of which are designated for disabled drivers.
