Blackburn will soon have a new Community Health Facility which will replace the aged Montague Health Centre. The advanced multi-storey building will provide a number of new facilities to the town such as minor operations, dermatology, diagnosis and scanning, group therapy, integrated musculoskeletal services amongst many more. A new 60 space car park will provide spaces for patrons and negate any further pressure being added to the town's parking capacity.

KILLELEA were appointed specialist structural steelwork sub-contractor for the project and along with supply of connection deign and steelwork, were asked by Eric Wright Group to provide metal decking, pre-cast concrete floor planks, pre-cast concrete staircases and temporary safety perimeter edge protection.

The new facility is set to open its doors to the public in November 2011.
